We cater our virtual meetings packages to meet your specific requirements, and we offer a range of optional extras and creative add-ons for extra polish. To support Luton’s grassroots groups, we also offer discounts for community projects.
Our basic virtual meetings packages give you a dedicated client manager, access to our virtual events space and a technical host from our team of Young Digital Associates.
Virtual meeting: Basic package
Dedicated client manager
Your dedicated client manager is Furhaad Ahmed, our event manager and Young Digital Associate coordinator. He’ll oversee the planning and preparation for your meeting and work closely with you to understand what your virtual meeting needs. He’ll also assign you the right Young Digital Associate(s) to support you on the day.
Virtual meeting space
You can’t run a professional Zoom meeting without a professional Zoom account. We host your virtual meeting on our Zoom platform so you can join the meeting with your free account while still benefiting from business features.
Technical host during your event
A Young Digital Associate will host your event by ensuring all the administrative tasks are covered. These include sending out meeting invites, setting up a waiting room, giving access to the meeting, lining up videos and content, and much more. Think of them as your remote personal assistant for the duration of the meeting.

Meeting facilitator
A virtual meeting facilitator can help your meeting flow smoothly from one agenda item to the next. They can keep things running to schedule, make sure everyone gets a fair say, and keep everyone engaged.
Creative services
Whether you need design support on your slides, your own bespoke backdrop, or even a waiting room intro, our Young Digital Associates will work with you to create what you need using your desired branding.
Technical support
If your virtual meeting has technical needs beyond a standard host, we can help. One of our technical team can offer advice and on-the-day support whether you have additional AV requirements or need help with specific software and web applications.
