PLATFORM – Luton Henge Festival Edition Artist Callout

PLATFORM – Luton Henge Festival Edition Artist Callout

We’re excited to present a special edition of PLATFORM as part of the Luton Henge Festival 2026.

Interested in getting a ‘PLATFORM’ to share your work?

Taking place during this year’s Luton Henge Festival, this edition of PLATFORM will be presented outdoors inside the Luton Henge.

Join us to celebrate the creativity, stories and voices that make Luton unique. Inspired by the festival’s themes of activism, rebellion, social justice, nature and heritage, we’re looking for artists who are exploring bold ideas, challenging perspectives, amplifying untold stories or reflecting on our relationship with the world around us.

The call-out is open to artists who live, work and/or study in Luton and have a work-in-progress to present to a live audience. We particularly encourage applications from artists whose work connects with the themes of the festival.

Whether you’re developing a new performance, sharing spoken word, theatre, music, dance, visual art, multidisciplinary work or something entirely different, PLATFORM is an opportunity to experiment, take creative risks and be part of a growing community of artists shaping Luton’s cultural landscape.

Performances and showcases must be between 5–15 minutes in length and suitable for all audiences, including families, attending the festival.

When you apply, you’ll be invited to share information about your creative practice and the work you’d like to present, including images, recordings and website links. You’ll also be able to outline any basic technical requirements.
