Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager

Connect people with this arts organisation’s vibrant creative & cultural programmes in this role for a capable marketer who understands the sector.

The Marketing Manager is a key role in the organisation, working across the team to increase Revoluton’s visibility, and working closely with the Producing team to connect audiences, participants and stakeholders to our work in a way that is engaging, accessible and presents the breadth of the creative programme.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and implementing all promotional and communication activities relating to the activities of Revoluton, ensuring that activities are promoted in an appropriate and timely manner to maximise engagement and raise our profile. The role is vital in ensuring our varied programme engages our target audiences across Luton and beyond.

We are looking for an experienced marketer, with knowledge of the cultural sector and working with superdiverse communities. Working with the wider Revoluton team, commissioned artists and our partners, they will create marketing campaigns that are innovative, creative and drive engagement with underserved communities. They will be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and be passionate about reaching new audiences.

Equity, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do, from programming work with, by and for Lutonians, through to how we budget and build partnerships. We are committed to our organisation reflecting and celebrating Luton’s incredible diversity across ethnicity, age, gender, disability and socioeconomic background. We therefore especially welcome applications people from a variety of backgrounds, skills and experiences to apply for this opportunity. We are particularly keen to hear from people from racially marginalised communities, candidates who self-identify as disabled, and those who self-identify as working class.

Whilst this is being advertised as a full-time post, we are open to applications from those looking to work flexibly, part-time or fulfil the duties in a job-share arrangement. If this interests you, feel free to arrange a pre-application conversation and outline your proposed way of working in your application.
