Young People’s Creative Producer Fixed term September 2025 – 19 December 2025 | £180/day | 3 days per week

We’re looking for an energetic, committed Freelance Young People’s Producer to join our team this autumn and lead on delivering inspiring, inclusive creative projects with and for young people in Luton.

This role is all about connecting local young people with brilliant artists and creative practitioners — whether they’re exploring creativity for fun or considering a creative career. You’ll produce exciting programmes such as Young Revolutonaries, PLATFORM, and The Makers Series, building relationships that open up new pathways and possibilities.

You’ll be a confident project manager who thrives on collaboration, able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping activities accessible, welcoming and high-quality. You’ll know how to support young people, partner organisations, and early-career artists alike and you’ll bring a deep understanding of Luton’s diverse communities to everything you do.
