Freelance Digital Producer
We are seeking a creative and collaborative Freelance Digital Producer to join the team at Revoluton Arts until the end of November 2025.
The postholder will work closely with our producing and marketing teams to develop standout digital content that showcases our ambitious creative programme. From capturing short films and producing podcasts, to supporting livestreams and curating digital campaigns, this is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll bring a sharp eye for digital storytelling and a flair for working with diverse artists and communities.
Revoluton Arts is a bold and values-driven arts organisation rooted in Luton, with a mission to connect local creativity to global conversations. We believe in the power of digital content to amplify unheard voices, challenge perceptions, and celebrate the vibrancy of our town. Our digital work is central to this vision, and you’ll be instrumental in driving it forward.
You’ll be based at our purpose-built Digital Suite in Marsh House, with flexible working to support peak periods of activity. We’re looking for someone who can combine technical know-how with creative vision, and who is passionate about nurturing new talent and sharing skills.
This role is ideal for a digital producer with experience in the cultural sector, ready to co-create content that resonates locally and globally.
Fee: £7,500 (30 days @ £250/day).
