Event Assistant Call Out (Luton Henge Festival & Taroo)
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Assistants to support our upcoming summer projects in July and August. Event Assistants will play a key role in providing information to members of the public, supporting the smooth running of events and ensuring feedback is gained from audiences.
Luton Henge Festival – Saturday 26 July, Marsh House.
This day-long festival is designed for local families, residents and artists to celebrate the creation of the Luton Henge in Marsh Farm. Activities will run from 12:00 – 21:00, ranging from arts and crafts, to live music, to local cuisines. The day rate is £20p/h for this work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with event set-up and pack-down
- Providing information to event attendees and members of the public
- Supporting accessibility needs where necessary
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of event attendees
- Seeking feedback from event attendees
TAROO and HUMAN FLAG – Wednesday 30 July – Saturday 02 August, Luton Point.

Revoluton Arts is presenting performances of Taroo and Human Flag on Friday, 1 August & Saturday, 2 August at Luton Point. The family-friendly performances will run once in the morning and once in the afternoon on both dates. In addition, leading up to the performance days, craft workshops will take place in the mall on Wednesday, 30 July & Thursday, 31 July. The day rate is £20p/h for this work.
