Revoluton Arts is seeking up to six people across a range of skills and experiences to join its Board of Directors as we enter an exciting new phase of our journey.
We are looking for people with expertise in areas including safeguarding children and young people, socially engaged creative practice and legal expertise. We would also love to hear from you If you have experience in artist representation, funding, finance, experience with Arts Council England, or working with a social enterprise/community interest company (CIC).

The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for ensuring we meet our legal, and regulatory obligations, including to Companies House as a registered CIC. Directors are instrumental in ensuring that Revoluton Arts fulfils its mission and strategic objectives in a way that is driven by our values and remains financially sustainable and environmentally responsible.
As part of the Board, you will meet four times a year with an additional Board awayday with the executive leadership. You will also have opportunities to experience the work we do first-hand, through attending live and online performances, and workshops.
In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly creative organisation, the chance to attend a range of cultural events, the recognition of being part of a respected team and a full induction to the Board of Directors to support you in your role.
We estimate the time spent on fulfilling the Director’s role to be approximately 8 days per year. This is a voluntary role and expenses will be reimbursed for travel to Board meetings as required.
