This week Aaron is joined by Active Luton to get us up and moving and young Luton singer Sunrae will be back to teach us vocal exercises and get us all singing.

Revoluton Arts in partnership with The Mix present … The Big Strum.
Join Phil and Adam for weekly workshops in ukulele so that you can play like a pro!
Week 5: This week we’ll be learning the chords for Somewhere Over the Rainbow.
Remember you can join our Big Strum community orchestra at any point, all past lessons are on our YouTube channel.

4.30pm–5.45pm: Bury Park exclusive — workshop exploring the theme of 'touch' — participants wanted
Actress and playwright Sudha Bhuchar — recipient of the Revoluton Arts/Wellcome Collection commission — is exploring the theme of touch with communities in Luton, connected in any way to Bury Park.
This week we are inviting participants who are frontline and key workers to explore the theme of 'Touch' to come together to share your stories.

5pm–5.30pm Dance Like a Pro with Bruce Carson (11+ years)
Street dance workshop led by Bruce Carson from street dance crew KNE — in partnership with the University of Bedfordshire.
Keep fit and dance during lockdown with Bruce Carson, member of street dance crew KNE who were semi-finalists of Britain's Got Talent 2019! Bruce will teach you the dance styles and routes in breaking, street and contemporary.
Over the coming weeks you will learn styles in:
- Breakdance
- Street dance
- Contemporary dance
This Week: Learn a new TikTok dance to I’m a Savage Remix by Beyonce. This is a simple but satisfying dance that is all about attitude so be prepared to have confidence!

Chilled spoken word hangout presented by young Luton spoken word artist, Sadface the Poet
Head-raps and Prose aims to provide people with a space for self-expression and a place to share your voice.
Our young artist in residence Sadface the Poet will be doing what she does best and responding to one word that you nominate each week.
If you are a young writer this is a great opportunity to share inspiring words, thoughts and moments through spoken word, rap and prose.

Online open mic night featuring the best of Luton's young talent. Open to everyone 14+ to watch.
For audience members
Suitable for audiences aged 14+
Pop along to our open mic nights presenting the best of Luton’s young local talent from 9.30pm to 10pm on Zoom and Facebook Live.
Special guest and award-winning playwright, James McDermott will be reading poetry from his latest book of poems Manography due to be published this summer followed by artist Q&A; and featuring performances from Luton’s local talent.
For performers
Open to young performers aged 14 to 30 years.
Rehearsals for young people run from 8.30pm to 9.30pm.
So if you're aged from 14 to 30 years and want to try out new material, have a creative catchup, get advice and share your work with other young local talent, then this is for you.
