Stockwood Park Academy
Is this for me?
This is a family-friendly event, but all are welcome to attend.
Info
Come along for a joyful afternoon exploring how young people imagine the future of the Luton community.
Developed through creative workshops with local children, Revoluton Associate, Josh Lewis of Cracking Slate, has produced a vibrant zine filled with their ideas, dreams and hopes. From the changes they want to see in the world to who they’d like to become when they grow up, this project brings to light the creativity and foresight of ‘Little Luton’.
At this relaxed launch event, families, grown-ups and neighbours are invited to discover the zine together. You’ll also be treated to a special performance of a brand-new song, with lyrics written by the young people involved.
Expect plenty of hands-on creative activities inspired by the children’s ideas, a welcoming atmosphere and of course, some cake!
Invite friends, family and neighbours. Everyone is welcome.
