Info

Join us for a first glimpse of the music and staging of Rave New World, our new play co-produced with Tangled Feet.

Rave New World takes you back to the heart of Luton’s rave scene in the 1980s-1990s and asks the question: how does the past inform the future?

Whether you were part of the scene, heard about the parties, or are discovering Luton’s rave heritage for the first time, you’re invited to immerse yourself in the beats that were the backdrop to the Exodus Collective.

Sign up to experience the next stage of Rave New World’s development and have your voice heard about the way you’d like to see the play developed for performance in March 2025.

What is a Gig Theatre Production?

A gig theatre production involves actors reading a script in front of an audience without some initial staging, music, and lighting. It is like being invited into a technical rehearsal.

Do I have to provide feedback?

You do not need to provide any feedback on the play if you do not wish to. However, you will be invited to share your thoughts to support the development of the play moving forwards.

Will refreshments be provided?

Soft drinks and light refreshments will be available.

When will Rave New World be performed?

Rave New World is scheduled to be performed in March 2025.
