Looking for an introduction to parkour and circus skills?

Join Taroo and Human Flag performers, Said Mouhssine and Brahim Ech Chibi, for a FREE 2-hour workshop.

This physical workshop is designed for participants aged 16+.

The session will introduce participants to:

  • The values of movement and parkour,
  • The basics of acrobatics and parkour, using the everyday objects in our environment,
  • How to move with and over objects using a creative methodology.

Please note, this is a physical workshop. Wearing comfortable shoes and clothing that will allow you move freely is advised.
