Open House: Peer Mentoring with Studio Idit

Looking for an opportunity to share a creative problem? Do you miss having creative conversations, shared thinking, or perhaps you’d just like to bounce ideas around with other like-minded people?

Join us at Open House, our new quarterly workshop designed for local creatives and producers looking to create high-quality work. Open House is also an opportunity to network, develop your creative practice and connect with other locals.

On Thursday 29 October, we will be joined by Idit Nathan from Studio Idit for a relaxed peer mentoring introductory session. Idit will lead an interactive workshop inviting local creatives to come together and explore what a peer-led support group could look like.

You will be introduced to some of the guiding principles of peer mentoring, in a welcoming space created for open discussion, curiosity and creative camaraderie. The aim of this session is to support the formation of a new group for Luton-based creatives that can continue meeting in the future.

We will also be joined by 1DegreeEast’s Matthew Jones, who is offering a limited number of 1:1 sessions for any local creatives who wish to get advice on a project idea or plan. Please sign up for a 1:1 slot via the option in the booking form.
