People Power Passion - Job Opportunities
Mar 29, 2019
People Power Passion is Luton’s Pilot Year of Culture.
It’s an ambitious cultural programme of six events taking place over five months between June and October 2019.
The aim of People Power Passion is to demonstrate the potential of Luton’s ambition to be named UK City of Culture 2025.
Inspired by the 1919 Luton Peace Day riots, the events will include spoken word, theatre, music, dance, circus and gaming.
We are excited to be involved with People Power Passion and to have co-commissioned the August performance event with Luton Council: ‘Justice 39’ - an extraordinary interactive outdoor performance using film projection and augmented reality, created in collaboration with local young people.
As well as bringing high quality creative events to local people, People Power Passion will create paid development opportunities for local artists.
Details of the first paid opportunities have just been released and you can find a list below, including an opportunity to work on Revoluton’s co-commission, Justice 39.
Applications close midday Friday 19 April 2019.
