We are seeking a Community Producer to join our team on a 0.8 FTE permanent contract.

The Community Producer plays a vital role in developing and managing a range of projects that connect local communities with high-quality arts and creativity. With an emphasis on residential areas, within our Residencies programme, the Community Producer works to build long-lasting relationships with local organisations, venues and residents to deliver high-quality and inclusive activities. The Community Producer will be a skilled project manager and an excellent communicator with demonstrable commitment to community engagement.

Revoluton was established as an Arts Council England-funded Creative People and Places (CPP) project in 2015 and became an independent organisation in 2020. Over the last few years, we’ve produced bold new work putting Luton on the map in increasingly creative ways. Now is an exciting time to join the team as we prepare to deliver many new and ambitious projects.
